Since all items are ‘BESPOKE / Made-to-Order’ they are always in stock, unless the unavailability is specified. When you roll over a style, you can immediately see its size availability. If a style or size is unavailable the product will have a mention “Sold out” or colored grey / highlighted. We work hard to ensure your purchase is safe and secure. For your protection, all orders go through a rigorous fraud-checking process.

After you place your order, you will receive an email acknowledging your order has been received. This does not mean that we have confirmed your order: only after your credit-card details have been approved, the delivery address has been verified, will your order be accepted and the items shipped.

Orders are shipped within 6-7 business days once the order is placed using our delivery partner, BLUEDART / DELHIVERY / DHL / ARAMEX, are delivered between Monday to Saturday between 9am and 7pm. For security reasons, all orders must be signed for upon delivery.


  1. Am I able to track my order?

Yes. When we dispatch your order for delivery you will receive a unique tracking number by email. Once in receipt of this tracking number you can check the current status of your shipment. Alternatively, you can email us on and we will track the order on your behalf.


  1. Can I exchange my order?

All products are Made-to-order, which means they have been exclusively manufactured for you. We accept returns for account credit only, we exchange for a size up or down and do not refund. If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item in the condition received and then place a new order.


  1. Are the colors of products shown on the website accurate?

While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.


  1. How do I return an item?

You have up to 28 days to return an item, however you must request your returns number within 14 days. For full details on the returns process, see our Returns page.


  1. Is my package insured?

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Cinderella Shoes – Official to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.


  1. What packaging will my order be shipped in?

Your order will be delivered to you in our shoe box, making it your perfect storage solution!
